Cancellation Policy
In the event that Environmental Solutions Association (ESA) moves a class or training seminar, we will issue a full refund of the class or training seminar to the registrant. The registrant will have the option of transferring to another class, receiving a home study or online version of the class (where available) as a substitute. At the acceptance of this by the registrant, paid fees are non-refundable.
If the registrant cancels attendance before five days of a class or training seminar a $75 cancelation fee will be retained by ESA and a reimbursement of the balance will be paid back to the registrant. If the registrant cancels within five days of the class or training seminar, ESA has the right to retain the full cost of the registration fee.
Paid fees for membership, home study, online courses, and refirbished/used equipment are non-refundable. New equipment must be returned in five days after reciept if defective, after five days equipment is non-refundable. Online registrations and purchases are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable.
