When you have finished all of the course work, a final exam will be sent to a proctor that you have chosen. Your proctor will administer the exam and send it to Purdue for grading. After passing the exam, you will receive a Purdue University Certificate of Completion.

About Certification

Wood-Destroying Pest Management is designed to meet the certification standards set forth by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Certifying agencies in all states have been sent the Wood-Destroying Pest Management course for approval for either certification, recertification, or continuing education credits. If you plan to use this course to prepare for certification in your state, please contact your state’s pesticide training office or certifying agency.
